同様の機能はGRAPHYのRadiomics機能(標準搭載機能)からもご利用いただけます。
インプット:グレースケール画像(8,16,32 bits)、マスク画像
2D, 3D処理に対応しています。スライスごとの解析、スタックごとの解析の両方に対応できます。
2D-Meshは非対応ですが、Shape2D特徴として、ピクセルカウントベースの解析結果を取得できます。
マスクラベルの値は1~255の値に対応しています。デフォルトは1です。マスク画像のピクセル値に合わせて変更してください(例えば、マスク領域が255の場合は、マスクラベルを255として計算実行します)。
モルフォロジカル特徴のうち、Moran's I index、Geary's C measure はデフォルト設定から除外されています。計算時間がかかるためです。必要な場合は、activate_no_default_featuresをTrueにしてください。
IBSIリファレンスマニュアルで推奨されていない、あるいは、参考値のない特徴は未実装です(AUC-IVHなど、実装があるものもありますが、検証は完了していません)。
