An alumni of 90th Course NDA and 100th Course IMA, Pranjal Jadhav has served in the militant infested terrain of Rajouri and Poonch as a company commander. He has served in the Plains of Punjab during Op Parakram and then as an Instructor at NCC Officers Training Academy Kamptee. Presently he is serving as ZSWO Mumbai City with additional charge of ZSWO Thane/Palghar and Mumbai Suburban Districts. Earlier he has handled the responsibilities for Nashik, Raigad, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Dhule and Nandurbar. He has also been associated as OIC of Pre Cadet Training Centre Nashik Road that coaches youth for CDS and SSB.
In Thane he has assisted the Civil Administration during the initial phase of COVID19 and his contribution has been duly acknowledged. Ensuring a contactless service being of utmost priority he has established an online system for the issue of PROFORM C to Wards of ESM and also implemented a system for application for Property Tax Exemption.

Prior to his appointment as the District Sainik Welfare Officer, Pranjal has been a Change Management Consultant for an Insurance Organisation at Auckland New Zealand and has also successfully established a Dental Material Business enterprise and a Chemical Trading Company. He has also delved in Real Estate Redevelopment which he had to exit due to his government appointment.
