MHADA/CIDCO certification is only available to ESM & Children/NOK of ESM who are original Domicile ie Domicile of Maharashtra before joining the Armed Forces - By birth or education. Alternatively they should have completed 15 years since obtaining their first ZSWO I-card from any district of Maharashtra. Please apply to ZSWO Office with a copy of your allotment letter(in the name of ESM or the Widow) and ESM I Card alongwith Original Discharge Book.
