Dependent ID Card
ZSWO office will issue Dependent Card only to those valid dependents whose data is present in the Service Book/Discharge Book.
Prerequisite - I Card from the concerned ZSWO
Standard Charge of Rs.100/- per card is applicable which is paid to the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund Account of Kendriya Sainik Board. No receipt is issued by this office for the same.

To Obtain a ZSWO Dependent I-Card please follow the guidelines below
Holding of a Service/Discharge booklet is compulsory if you wish to apply for a Dependent Card
Name of Dependents must be endorsed in the Service/Discharge Book. If not endorsed, please process the case with respective records to get the name endorsed
Dependent I Card will be issued for a maximum period of five years to dependent children. For children who are above 18years, ie Dependent daughter a Non-marriage affidavit has to be provided by the parent. Also where age is above 20 years, the non-marriage certificate has to be accompanied with a non-employed certificate with copies of last three years of IT Returns/26AS of the said child.
