Another common use is to create multiple email address alias for the same person. ZOHO Mail does have this feature but however, you'll need your administrator access to do it at the cPanel level.

Note:

• Although there is no limit in creating aliases for an account, you should not abuse the feature since it is easily being recognised as a spam email.

1. Go to Control Panel

A new window will popup redirecting you to the cPanel for your ZOHO Mail.

Note:

• If you do not have the Control Panel button, either:
  • Please check with ZOHO updates, they probably updated the UI again.
  • You do not have the permission to administer the ZOHO Mail.

2. Go to Mail Account and Select The User

This time, head to Mail Accounts and select the user you want to have the alias.

3. Select the "Add New Alias" and create one

Just select the button and the form will appear. Fill in the alias and save it.

4. That's it

The alias is not attached to that user.
