To create a post is quite straight forward on their portal site or mobile app. You'll need to login into your Buffer.com account (instead of using the native applications).

Select the content section since we want to create a new content.

Before doing any posting, ensure you're selecting the correct channel to propagate the posting.

TIPS:

• The more you consolidated, the posting requirements combined. Example, say posting with Twitter + Facebook + Google+, your post will be limited by Twitter text limits.
  • In this case, you can split the posting if this limits your text posting.
  • On the bright side, it's better to write precise and concise messages.

Now design the post you wanted to share. If you wish, add a link for sharing.

If you're also encouraged to change the post photo appearance when available. This will make it appears more appealing that the others.

NOTE:

• To web developer / author, changing the post here doesn't mean you can skip the meta tags for social network sharing. You still need to setup accordingly mainly due to independent sharing from the visitor.

Once done, select the "Add to Queue" to add the post into Buffer queue for posting. Buffer will set the post to be posted on the train messages.

TIP:

• If you want to "Post Now", select the dropdown next to the button, select "Post Now". This will post the item immediately.

Let Buffer post the posting for you in the next queue.
