The video below is a recording of Montgomery Field Airport in southern California. Notice how the tower controller is calm, but also provides instructions as fast as possible. You will probably never see this much traffic on a normal day on VATSIM. However, it’s good to take note on how the controller phrases certain commands, divides attention, listens to read backs, and  keeps calm during a high volume traffic push.
