Before each training session, ensure that you read the required material before the lesson, or watch the corresponding lecture video! Read/watch carefully, because at the start of each training session, there will be a reading quiz over the required material. Most of the controlling knowledge will come from reading the material on the website, and the training sessions are designed to be a practical application of the knowledge learned.
