Dosbarth Duar - Blwyddyn / Year  3 & 4

Tymor yma, rydym yn gweithio ar y chwedl ‘Merch Y Llyn’ yn ein gwersi Cymraeg. Bydd y disgyblion yn cael y cyfle i ddysgu am y Côd Cefn Gwlad, creu posteri gwybodaeth, ysgrifennu cerddi Haicw ac ysgrifennu testun trafod. Byddant hefyd yn dysgu sut i adrodd y stori mewn ffordd greadigol. Yn ein gwersi Saesneg, ein nofel dosbarth fydd ‘The Firework Maker’s Daughter’ gan Philip Pullman. Bydd disgyblion yn cael y cyfle i ddysgu am ddiogelwch tân gwyllt, ysgrifennu cerddi acrostig, gwneud animeiddiadau ac ysgrifennu testun cyfarwyddo.

This term we are working on the legend ‘The Lady of the Lake’ in our Welsh lessons. Pupils will have the opportunity to learn about the Countryside code, create information posters, write Haiku poems and write a discussion text. They will also learn how to tell the story in a creative way. In our English lessons, our class novel will be ‘The Firework Maker’s Daughter’ by Philip Pullman. Pupils will have the opportunity to learn about firework safety, write acrostic poems, make animations and write an instruction text.

Remember: Bring your reading books to school every day. P.E. clothes on Friday.
