The rules for using Builtriva: what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are between you and Nymph Solutions ("we", "our", or "us"). They cover the Builtriva website and the Builtriva mobile apps for Android and iOS (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
Builtriva helps construction teams manage projects, drawings, progress, labor, materials, and approvals.
You must be 18 or older and use the Service for business purposes. Some roles, such as company admin, need approval before they become active. We may refuse or withdraw access if the information given is false.
Give accurate details and keep them current.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Do not share your account. Report misuse to contact@nymphsolutions.com.
You or your company own what you add to the Service, such as drawings, photos, and records. You give us a licence to host and process that content only to run the Service and to show it to the people you and your company authorize.
You confirm that you have the right to add your content, including any personal information of other people in it, and that it is lawful.
Approvals and records are the decisions of the people who make them. Builtriva does not verify them.
Do not:
Break the law, or add false, harmful, or infringing content.
Access accounts or data that are not yours, or bypass role and company access controls.
Probe, overload, or attack the Service, or add malicious code.
Copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
The Service, including any progress figures or return-on-investment (ROI) estimates, is for record-keeping and information. It is not engineering, safety, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
You are responsible for checking information and for your decisions on site and in business. Keep your own copies of important documents.
Parts of the Service may be offered under a separate subscription or agreement with your company, which then applies alongside these Terms. We will tell you before any charge applies to you.
We own the Service, including its software, design, and the Builtriva name and logo. We give you a limited, personal, revocable licence to use it under these Terms.
The Service depends on third parties such as Google Cloud. We may change, suspend, or require updates to the Service, including a minimum app version.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile, on the website or in the app. What is erased and what is kept is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts others at risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, data, or project delays. Our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence. You will compensate us for claims caused by your content or your breach of these Terms, as far as the law permits.
If you get the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and us, not the store.
We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the app, its support, and any claims about it.
If the app fails a warranty that applies, you may ask the store for a refund of any price paid. The store has no other warranty duty.
You must follow the store's usage rules. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms for iOS apps.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Subject to any consumer rights that cannot be waived, the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem informally.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new "Last Updated" date, and tell you about material changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service means you accept them. If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
