Do NOT be reluctant to call. Trust your instincts.

You should NEVER attempt to apprehend a suspect. This is the law enforcement officer’s job.

Examples of when to call the Non-Emergency Number include:

You wish to file an Incident Report
Noisy disturbance, but no fighting (e.g., children playing basketball noisily in the street, but they are not fighting - if fighting, call 911)
Reporting unusual or suspicious activity
