For an emergency, please call 911.

Do NOT be reluctant to call. Trust your instincts.

You should NEVER attempt to apprehend a suspect. This is the law enforcement officer’s job.

Examples of emergency situations include:

Life or property in immediate danger
Heart attack
Request ambulance for medical assistance
Building on Fire
Smoke or fire alarm from home or other building
Screams for help
Suspect is on the scene
Fight is in progress and weapon is involved (e.g., gun, knife, bat, hot water)
Break-in is in progress
Glass breaking
Motor vehicle collision involving injuries
Robbery
Situation is unknown, e.g., gunshots fired in the area
