Linking Community-based Organization Data back to EHR

The goals of this project is to identify ways to leverage CBO data to support the healthcare utilization analysis.

This includes the following steps:

• Identify features from the CBO data that are related with healthcare utilization
• Denormalization the CBO database
• Identify the intersection of patients between the CBO data and EHR data
• Create features of CBO usage for the patients based on the timing of the service and care
