Chocolate bar molds

Objective: Use vacuum forming and plastic to create chocolate bar mold.

Materials and tools

Vacuum
chocolate mold/ object you want to mold
form-box
plastic

Process

Turn the knob of the heat to 5 and wait for it to turn green
Sandwich the plastic on the top and bottom trays. You can put the first tray down by listing its yellow sides. When the plastic is sandwiched, move both trays up and lock them in place.
Turn the vacuum on when the plastic heats and drop a centimeter put the thing you want to be molded on the form box.
When it’s done cooling, turn the vacuum off and take it out the tray.

Reflections

somethings i learned is the ability to form a plastic mold from and existing object. It took me a while to understand the steps so that is something I can improve, reading over the directions a few times instead of rushing over. Improvements for next time is working more efficiently and trying to mold something harder.
