The history of the human race, continued for long on a stable way. Technology advanced faster and faster, until one day, a big invention came to creation. From combustion engines, used in old rockets and space shuttles, ION engines were created for the first time, in the year 2231. The engine was created by Latrell Andersson, that also made the first ever spaceship industry ever, that started to make transportation ships for NASA, that closed in 2390, and now after generations continues with it initial idea.

Throughout the years after a lot of progress has been made, and now days spaceships are available to any person that has the captain license. Today ION engines are common, and are used in almost all spaceships. The ships that don't use ION tech, use a newer technology, based on electromagnetic forces, named uTROT engine. The uTROT engine type was created by a group of scientists on Mars, in 2599. uTROT engines were not used until 2671, because the engines were too unstable, and the creators of the engines sadly died during a failed engine test.

During time, there has been one major war, between the Martian government and the Earth. The war was fought near the orbit of the moon, and the two sides used ships, that now no longer exist. The ships used were unstable, thought of like machines made to destroy, without taking risk in mind. Ships from both sides failed and got disassembled, and the two powers set peace, in 2502, after a 3 year long battle that raged on from 2499. From the end of the war, Mars and Earth became one strong union, forming the Human Federation in 2589 that represents the human race, in case we met an alien species in the future. After that the Federation decide to found a security and authority force to prevent crimes, and keep the system safe. After time, large jump drives were developed, and standard ones fitted in every ship. These drives are capable of travelling between two systems, and from 2600, the year when system to system exploration started, the human race has begun colonizing Proxima Centauri, to make space and expand the human race outside the Sol system. A new expedition to Proxima will start during these years as well, preparing the system for further colonization, and opening doors to other nearby systems to colonize.

Of course, during the years pirate clans and groups have formed, the most famous being the Wanderers Of Space, that assault and destroy ships around Neptune, and indirectly control the Atlas station, making it hard for people to get close to it. There are also minor groups, like the Anomaly, located that control a large area of Saturn's orbit, having a force-occupied station, and a smaller outpost. The process of joining these groups can vary; Most of the time, they come to you, and give you the possibility to join them, for rewards. If you don't, you will be considered a hostile from them.
