After Alaric got tired of having nothing to do and no money he decided to create this corp... more the less well... he instead used it as a means of producing dangerous biological weaponry but made it so they appear like they want to help with medical stuff but in reality they wish to make all suffer at the hands of their tech... or parasites... or diseases... or else.... but only such things will be released as biological horrors in battle or on many people at one time... meanwhile they also make medical stuff to cure injuries or other stuff.... even cures to their own shit.
