Lay named his solo concerts Grand Line, and explains that he conceptualised that they would be held in the form of "routes", and combined this with the object that he had chosen to represent the place that he wants to go to - a ship.
This is a ship that is always sailing and moving forward, and does not turn around. It is a large ship that carries a lot of things. It represents dreams, and the ever progressive passage of time.
He hopes that he can be the captain of this ship, with X'Backs as his passengers. He hopes to bring X'Backs to experience all the beautiful views, even if they will disembark one day.
Lay embarked on his first solo concert tour Grand Line: The First Concert (《大航海》首次个人巡回演唱会) in July 2019.
