1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Wurkify (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Wurkify mobile application, website, and related services (“Platform”).

By registering, accessing, or using Wurkify, you (“User”, “Seeker”, “Organizer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: Users must create an account by providing accurate personal information. Seekers may need to verify identity using PAN, Aadhaar, or other valid documents.

• Login & Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. Any activity under your account will be deemed as performed by you.

• Termination: Wurkify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, or violate these Terms.

3. App Usage Rules

• For Organizers: You may post job listings, specifying role, time, pay, and requirements.

• For Seekers: You may apply and accept jobs suited to your profile.

• Communication: All communications between Seekers and organizers should take place via the Wurkify app.

• Check-ins & Completion: Attendance must be validated through QR, GPS, or selfie check-in, and shift completion must be confirmed on the app.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Provide false or misleading information.

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.

• Attempt to defraud organizers, Seekers, or Wurkify.

• Circumvent Wurkify’s payment system.

• Interfere with the platform’s operation (e.g., hacking, spamming).

Violation may result in immediate suspension, legal action, or permanent ban.

5. Payments & Fees

• For Organizers: Payments for completed shifts must be made via Wurkify’s secure payment system.

• For Seekers: Earnings are credited to their Wurkify wallet/linked UPI account after shift completion.

• Commission: Wurkify may deduct a service fee/commission from each transaction. The applicable rate will be displayed before confirmation.

• Refunds & Disputes: Refunds are subject to case-by-case review. Wurkify is not liable for payment disputes but may mediate at its discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wurkify acts as a technology platform connecting organizers with Seekers.

• Wurkify does not guarantee job availability, worker performance, or organizer reliability.

• Wurkify is not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising between users.

• Users acknowledge that all work is undertaken at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on Wurkify belong to Wurkify Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit Wurkify’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

• Content posted by users (profiles, job descriptions, reviews) remains their responsibility but grants Wurkify a license to display it on the platform.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

Wurkify may update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
