Job Title: Executive Assistant
Reports to: The Executive Leadership they have been hired to Support (Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor, or Executive Pastor). Currently seeking an assistant for the Community and Capacity Pastor.
Pay Rate: $10 - $15
Position Type: Part Time
Help the executive leadership they support to be organized, informed, and prepared while offering functional and system support to the leader and organization.
Serve as the primary support personnel to the Executive Leadership to which they are assigned.
Learn, maintain, and own databases for program records and purposes.
Having the ability to pull reports, lists, and other key metrics for measuring church engagement and interaction
Assist with scheduling and arrangements for all ministry related programs and events.
Coordinate with Staff and Ministry Team Leaders making sure that our systems/teams are in place for Sundays.
Assist the Executive Leadership with special projects as needed.
Attend any staff meetings or functions as required. Assist with setting agendas for meetings.
Keep website and registrations for all events up to date as well as weekly announcements/slides and message notes.
Executive support and awareness of facilities (calendar)
Field all facility rental requests including wedding and funeral requests which may require executive leadership.
Assist with correspondence for the Executive Leadership —emails, letters, cards, gifts, etc..
Perform other duties as assigned. Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
Be responsible for various activities and work which may be needed to support the overall organization
Database management for the areas under the executive leadership
Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Be responsible for various activities and work which is needed to support the overall organization
Function in the stead of the executive representative you support
Function and follow through with secretarial work for the executive representative you support
Computer skills
Skilled with managing various computer programs
Competent in use of Microsoft Office software

Job is performed in an office. Some work can be done remotely
Workdays are Sunday – Thursday
Work hours for assistants are determined by the executive leadership they support
This is a part time position and can function within the following timeframes
Sunday hours vary by activity but typically 7:30 am -12:00 pm
Monday – Thursday are typical office hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Office job. Most of time will be spent sitting at a desk.
