Staffed by board-certified physicians and experienced health care providers offering primary care, specialty services and a 24/7 telephone nurse line. Call 509-335-3575 or log on to the Patient Portal to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Prescription services and over-the-counter products. To request a refill of your prescription, you can call the pharmacy at 509-335-5742 or request to refill prescriptions through the Patient Portal. Provide your name or student ID, name of the medication(s) and prescription number if available when you call. If calling after hours, you may also leave a voicemail with your information and we will refill your prescription the following business day.

Comprehensive eye care services and a retail store for frames, sunglasses, contacts, and accessories. You can make an appointment at the vision clinic by phone at 509-335-0360 or online through the Patient Portal.

Note: If you are a WSU student not located on the Pullman campus, you still have access to the vision clinic for any appointment needs. The clinic is able to fill any current contact lens or glasses prescriptions and, if needed, mail them to you.

Walk-in appointments, groups and workshops, individual and couples therapy, biofeedback, psychological assessment, testing, and 24/7 mental health crisis services.

WSU administers insurance for international students, eligible graduate student assistants, and graduate and professional students in health sciences.

Other students have the option to stay on their parents’ insurance or purchase a plan through the Washington Health Benefit Exchange.

Our medical clinic also provides a financial assistance program for uninsured students who use our services. For questions about insurance and medical costs, contact our billing staff.

Indoor facilities at University Recreation include the Student Recreation Center (SRC), Aquatic Facilities, and the Stephenson Fitness Center (SFC), as well as multi-activity spaces in the Shared Facilities which include Smith Gym, Physical Education Building (PEB), Bohler Gym, and Hollingbery Fieldhouse. Recreational equipment is also available at the SRC for rental.

University Recreation utilizes the Indoor Shared Facilities as multi-activity areas with access to basketball courts, racquetball/squash courts, mat rooms, indoor tennis courts, a 25 yard lap pool, water volleyball area, a hot tub, and a 200 meter indoor track.

Outdoor Facilities include, 3 full basketball courts, 4 beach volleyball courts, a slackline course, and the Valley playfields with space for soccer and baseball/softball.

WSU's Outdoor Recreation Center promotes self-efficacy, leadership development, positive interpersonal relationships, and environmental stewardship by providing a wide range of opportunities for students and community members to experience the outdoors.

The ORC's team of professional staff manage the Rental Shop, WSU-Fix It Bike Shop, Coug Bikes Program, Outdoor Programs (trips, classes, clinics), Challenge Program, Climbing Wall (located in Student Recreation Center) and Climbing Programs, customized UREC for You Adventure Programs, and several annual special events. In addition to providing access to knowledgeable staff, the ORC houses a Resource Center with guidebooks and maps to help you plan your own adventure.

The Outdoor Recreation Center is located across from the Student Recreation Center on North Fairway Drive. For questions regarding equipment and trips, call 509.335.1892.

WSU Fix-It Bike Shop

Need to do some work on your bike? Check out the WSU Fix-It Bike Shop. Repairing your bike on your own has never been easier. You can rent bike tools and use the bike shop space to fix your own bike free of charge. The shop provides the tools, work-stands, and educational materials needed to repair your personal bike.

WSU Intramural Sports provide an environment where students have the opportunity to gather with others and participate in various sport and leisure activities, regardless of skill level. The IM Sports program is comprised of traditional team and individual sports with leagues and playoffs, as well as weekend tournament activities. See WSU IM's current offerings to find out which sport you’d like to play.

All league sports now offer Open Leagues. Open Leagues have no gender restrictions/requirements and will not have rule modifications. Players can now participate in Open Leagues and the other league offerings for each sport.

How To Use The System

  • Register at the Gotcha website or through downloading the Social Bicycles app on your phone. You will need a credit or debit card to pair with your account.

  • Use the website or Social Bicycles app to find the nearest station to you.

  • Check out the bike using your Social Bicycle pin number.

  • Enjoy!

WSU Students/SRC or Chinook Members

  • 4 hours free ride time per day. Up to 2 hours of the free time can be used as hold time.

  • $5/hour overage fee.

  • $5 for locking and leaving a bike outside of the Coug Bikes racks but on campus. Putting a bike on hold will not incur this fee unless you do not return to the bike.

  • $25 for locking and leaving a bike outside of the system area (WSU Campus). Putting a bike on hold will not incur this fee unless you do not return to the bike.

Community Members Plan

  • $6/hour.

  • $5 for locking a bike outside of the Coug Bikes racks.

  • $25 for locking a bike outside of the system area (WSU Campus).
