The Hospitality Committee coordinates supplies of food and drink to band students at various events.
The Fundraising Committee coordinates, reviews, and recommends various fundraisers to the executive board. Volunteers are always needed to chair fundraisers.
The Uniform Committee assists with the sizing of uniforms and helps students with the care and upkeep of their marching band and color guard uniforms.
The Logistics Committee includes a volunteer crew that helps to load and unload the equipment trailers, assemble and disassemble props, and move band equipment onto and off of the field during marching band season performances.
The Band Relations Committee portrays the Wren Band Program positively to the community. It coordinates photography and maintains a digital record of all photographs taken during the year. Coordinates social media posts and other public releases of information regarding the band program and events.
Membership Committee solicits booster club memberships from all parents with students in the Wren bands and other interested parties. Responsible for maintaining membership cards, coordinating yearly membership drives, maintaining membership records, and promoting WBBC and Band programs.
Wrenicycle Committee coordinates, prepares, and runs the Wrenicycle Beauty Pageant.
Grounds Committee is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Band practice field, maintenance of equipment designated for use on the practice field, and lining the field for practices.
Student Advisory Committee provides the booster club with band feedback and ideas regarding WBBC activities.
Nominating Committee identifies potential board members and committee chairs and reviews all responsibilities with potential candidates.
