Understanding the Intertestamental Period

Between the end of the Old Testament and the arrival of John the Baptist, an incredible amount of world history takes place. The arrival of Alexander the Great and the Hellenistic culture to the rebellion of Judas Maccabees and his brothers all contribute to the context in which Jesus makes his appearance. 

Join us in this study as we look at the cultures in which Jesus interacted with, the development of the Pharisees, the importance of the doctrine of the resurrection, and many other elements which play a significant role in Jesus' life and ministry.
