PRESENTATION, INTERPRETATION AND ANALYSIS OF DATA
PRESENTATION, INTERPRETATION AND ANALYSIS OF DATA
This chapter analyzes, presents, and interprets the data gathered in this study. Along with the tables are the description and conclusions for each statement of the problem.
The table above shows ratings based on what stage of wound healing is a specimen at on what day. 0 rating means no change, 1 means tissue contraction, 2 means scab formation, 3 means the wound is <1/2 size of the wound, 4 is >1/2 of the wound is healed, and 5 is healed.
Table 8: Mean Score of Treatments Each Day
Based on the data gathered by the researcher, Treatment 3 is most effective with a mean score of 5 for days 14 and 15, followed by Treatment 2 with a mean score of 5 on day 15. Treatment 1 and 0 received a mean score of 4 and 3.33 on day 15 as well.
Table 9: ANALYSIS OF VARIANCE (ANOVA)
The table shows the data of the analysis of variance on the wound healing effectiveness of Onion extract. Since the p value is <0.05, therefore it shows a significant difference between the treatments.
