Need local cash? A currency exchange machine is located by the Welcome Desk on the W floor. Our Welcome Desk can also exchange foreign currency, cash traveller’s checks or set you up for your departure.

Each guestroom has a personal safe for your convenience. Please call "Whatever/Whenever" with questions, or visit the Welcome Desk for a safety deposit box. 

Shoe Shine 

We can get your shoes polished any time of day. Just call "Whatever/Whenever" to arrange for pickup. 

Styling 

We can provide you with any housekeeping service you need. Daily service is provided automatically, and evening service is available on request.

To retrieve your car, just contact Whatever/Whenever. A charge of ¥1,500 per hour, ¥5,000 for overnight and ¥2,000 for electric car charging stations will be placed on your account. Valet service only.
