Smoking area

All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. A designated smoking area is located on the second floor, at the end of the corridor to the right after exiting the elevator.

A room cleaning fee (minimum ¥50,000) will be charged if any evidence or traces of smoking is found in the room.

- We strictly prohibit the bringing in of any items that emit foul odors.

- Smoking is prohibited in the building (except in the designated area)

- Fire is strictly prohibited

For your privacy, please feel free to press the “Do Not Disturb” button, located on the nightstand as well as next to the main entrance of your room. When the privacy light is on, the doorbell will be silenced, and the hotel talent staff will not enter the room. Should you wish to have your room be cleaned, please press the make up button to request styling service.

Curtains

The Operation Panel is located on the lower right of the nightstand table. By pressing the button up and down, you may open/close the curtains. 

Amenity

A box of tissue, toothbrushes and cotton swabs along with other bathroom amenities and a dryer can be found in the vanity drawer in the bathroom.

  Pick Up by 10 am, Delivery by 6 pm

• Express :
  Pick Up by 10 am, Delivery by 2 pm or
  Pick Up by 2 pm, Delivery by 6 pm
  (Additional charge of x1.5)

• Overnight:
  Pick Up by 6 pm, Delivery by 10 am on the following day

Drinking Water 

Tap water in guestroom is safe to drink. Mineral water is also provided in guestroom as a welcome drink.
