The Dream world is separated into 6 distinct regions each with its own locations, culture and aesthetics. However, you can create your own places within the regions for your character's story as long as it doesn't break lore building.
Bellow the map you can find the miles as well as how many days/hours it might take canonically to go around from one place to another. The map shows the common known places, and as stated before, you can add your own places around these town/villages/Cities.
The world is vast and big. Many things are yet to be discovered. What new places might be unlocked?~

Depending on weather it might take more time to go to one place to another. The following calculations are how long it would take on average if everything was going fine (good weather, no monsters , no wild animals, not many stops etc). This should help you know how long it would take canonically for your OCs to go from one place to another! You can add more hours if things go wrong so use these as reference ; )
The average used on the chart is 20 miles by foot, 30 miles by carriage and 40 by horse. These are the highest and convenient numbers so If you'd like to calculate yourself for more realism for your stories and RPs you can, just divide the miles by the numbers mentioned (you'll just lower the numbers if the oc is slower/not fit/maybe injured or the carriage has more cargo/damaged/needed rest. By horse, if it's not fit then it be lower number or maybe the horse is carrying things etc)
Whatever number you get slap it on this calculator (on days) to get the detail. If there is a distance not shown here feel free to tag/DM Starry and ask for it.
