Force close the app and reopen
Restart your iPhone
Update to the latest iOS version
Update Worker Sites from the App Store
If it still crashes, email support with your iOS version and app version
Check if you restored a backup accidentally
Try Settings → Restore from your latest backup
If you never backed up, contact support — we will try to help but cannot guarantee recovery without a backup
Local backup failed
Check available storage on your device
Try again after restarting the app
Google Drive backup failed
Check internet connection
Sign out and sign in again to Google
Ensure Google Drive has free space
Try local backup as a fallback
Make sure the file is a valid .wsbackup or .json from Worker Sites
Do not edit backup files manually
Try a different backup file
Contact support with the error message shown in the app
Site must be Active
Worker must be assigned to the site
Try selecting the date again and re-marking
Wait for “Generating PDF…” to finish
Ensure at least one month is selected for monthly reports
Free up device storage if share fails
Update to the latest app version
If you can’t pick a contact when adding a customer/worker:
iPhone Settings → Worker Sites
Enable Contacts
Reopen the app
Settings → enable App Lock in Worker Sites
iPhone Settings → ensure Face ID / Touch ID is set up
Re-enable app lock in the app
