Worker Sites is an offline-first construction management app. We respect your privacy and keep your business data under your control.
The app stores the following locally on your iPhone:
Customers, sites, workers
Attendance, expenses, materials, payments
Quotations and app settings
Backup files you create locally
This data is not uploaded to our servers unless you choose optional Google Drive backup.
If you use Google Drive backup, your backup file is uploaded to your own Google account. We do not access your Google Drive data. Google’s privacy policy applies to data stored on Google Drive.
Permission - Why we need it
Contacts - Optional — to pick phone numbers when adding customers/workers
Camera - Take photos for site progress and expense receipts
Photo Library - Choose images for receipts, site photos, and backup import
Face ID - Optional — to lock and unlock the app
Notifications - Optional — reminders for attendance and tasks
You can deny permissions; related features will be limited.
We may use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand app usage and fix crashes. This may include:
Device type and OS version
App version
Crash logs (no personal business data)
We do not sell your personal or business data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your construction/business data with third parties for marketing.
Data you share yourself (e.g. PDF reports via WhatsApp or email) is under your control.
Data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app
Uninstalling the app removes local data unless you have a backup
To delete Google Drive backups, remove them from your Google Drive account
Worker Sites is a business app and is not intended for children under 13.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
