Step 1: Add a customer
Open the app → tap Customers
Tap + Add
Enter name, mobile, and address
Tap Save
You can pick a mobile number from your contacts or type it manually.
Step 2: Create a site
Go to Sites → Add Site
Select the customer
Enter site name, address, start date, and billing type:
One Time Payment — fixed contract amount
Day Wise (Hajri) — amount from worker attendance
Square Feet — rate × total area
Choose With Material or Without Material
Tap Save
Go to Workers → Add Worker
Enter name, skill, and daily wage
Open a site → Workers tab → Assign Worker
Set a custom daily rate for that site if needed
Open a site → Attendance tab
Select the date on the calendar
Tap attendance type for each worker (Full day, Half day, etc.)
Optionally add Work details (what work was done that day)
Labor cost is calculated automatically
You can also mark attendance from the Dashboard under Today’s Attendance.
Expenses — labor, transport, food, misc., etc.
Materials — name, quantity, rate (total auto-calculated)
Payments — money received from the client (Cash, UPI, Bank, Cheque)
All of these can be added from the site detail screen or from the main menu.
Go to Reports
Tap a site → select month(s)
Generate Client Statement or Full Detail PDF
Share via WhatsApp, email, or save to Files
Add 1 customer
Create 1 site
Add 2–3 workers and assign them
Mark today’s attendance
Create a backup in Settings → Backup
