Mr. Thiroux

Paul Thiroux talks about his experiences with ageism in the workforce. He feels down hearted that people with longer life experience are overlooked. However, he reccomends the youth overlook those who misjudge their worth by proving what they can do through their actions. He wishes both the youth and elders are looked at more equally, hoping that both voices, of the elders and youth, are heard.
