Dan Sniderman grew up in a diverse American neighborhood, where his parents ran a Mom and Pop tailor/grocer shop. As Jewish people, his family experienced various levels of anti-Semitism. Here, he tells us what prejudice he observed while growing up.
Around 18, he joined the US military from 1945 - 1946, until WWII ended. As an added bonus, he shares some of his fond memories of his time in service and his time helping with his family's store.
