That on-site job I applied for eventually did not only change my life, but leadership itself - including the fate of this event.
It’s a BPO company, by the way, and it was my first time in that industry. A lot can happen once I get in, so I was really nervous. But it would only be a matter of time before I see its impact over the next few months, including my mindset. I eventually got accepted, and since then I made new friends and gained new experiences. I also learned a lot from there.
Since I joined during implementations for this event, I had to make a few adjustments for me to be able to catch up to my new work. But then I realized that it was not enough.
Event day came. It’s June 10, which turned out to become Day 3 of my new job. Most of what happened was different from what had been planned, but it was actually a day well spent. We had food, friends, and other stuff happening. And of course, the new album was a good one! But then of course, since I already had work, this meant that I had less time. I still had some unfinished business to work on.
While I continued to navigate on my new job, the members of BTS - amid celebrating their 9th year as a group - had decided on something that would change the course of this leadership.
