All teams are required to be properly uniformed in accordance to the uniform guidelines of that sport.
All Protests must be submitted to the Venue Director in writing with in fifteen (15) minutes of the event being protested by the teams Head Coach. All Protests MUST indicate the SOI or SOMA modified rule that is in violation and how that rule was violated and incorrectly instituted.
If inclement weather disrupts any of the Winter Season Ending Tournament's schedules or other activities, a message will be left at 508-485-0986 x222, and will be posted in your Hotel lobby.
A decision about postponing or canceling Competition because of weather will be made jointly by the Competition Committee, the venue and SOMA Staff. Every attempt to adhere to the original competition schedule will be made, with the athletes’ and participants’ best interests in mind at all times.
The decision will be made as soon as possible on both days and prior to the start of competition if at all feasible.
All lost and found items will be kept at the Venues operations center. Post event all items will be returned to the Yawkey Sports Training Center. SOMA will make every effort to return all lost and found items that are labeled. All none labeled items will be kept for a minimum of two weeks.
