Strategically recruiting, selecting, training, developing, and evaluating talent not only optimizes individual and collective performance but also serves as a cornerstone in retaining the organization's greatest investment. Throughout my studies in I-O Psychology, I have gained knowledge and experience in identifying best-fit employees through fair, unbiased selection methods, training employees with consideration of adult learning theory, building fair and effective appraisal processes, and tailoring development initiatives to meet individual aspirations.
