My experience in I-O...

Industrial-Organizational Psychology provides a scientific and evidence-based approach to understanding human behavior in the workplace. As a scientist-practitioner, I have learned to apply psychological principles, theory, and research methods to improve organizational performance and enhance employee well-being. With this knowledge, I aim to offer practical and effective recommendations to address business needs.

While the I-O field is an expansive discipline, I specialize in organizational development, with a special interest in talent management. As a practitioner, I utilize assessment and data analysis to design tailored recommendations for the development of high-functioning teams, effective and compassionate leaders, and consistently high-performing employees.
