Planning is a crucial step in creating an effective learning experience. Based on my observations, the teacher at Laboratory High School plans lessons systematically and thoughtfully. The lesson plans are aligned with clear learning objectives that meet the curriculum's standards and ensure that the desired competencies are achieved. The teacher also considers the characteristics and needs of the students in the planning process. By using a student-centered approach, the teacher aims to create a classroom environment where students take an active role in their own learning.
