The SEA Teacher Project aims to enhance the educational journey of pre-service student teachers by focusing on several key goals. Firstly, it seeks to improve teaching skills and pedagogical approaches, ensuring that participants are well-equipped for the classroom. Additionally, the program fosters the development of 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking and collaboration, which are essential for today’s educational landscape. 

Another objective is to improve English proficiency, allowing future educators to communicate effectively in a global context. Furthermore, the initiative promotes the internationalization of participating universities, broadening their academic perspectives.  By exposing future teachers to diverse teaching and learning situations, the program enriches their professional experience, ultimately giving them a broader regional and global viewpoint.
