Reflection

Over the semester in my CSIT 101 class I have learned several new computer and digital literacy skills. I explored my computer and communicated with its interface.  I have learned how to be more organized with my emails, created new sub- folders, compile a professional email with a signature file, setting rules and parimeters. I have sharpen my skills using Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpont and Onedrive. I explored the different types of digital media in forms of animations, images, audios and videos. I have learned more about VPNs, and digital privacy. I'm more self aware about the digital trail I leave behind from surfing the internet and take more protective measures from potential threats online. Creating my eportfolio was my favorite part of the class, even though it was challenging in some areas it allowed me to explore my creative side. In each unit of the class I have also learned several new terms widening my vocabularily. Overall, I have learned alot in this class and I will be using these skills set going forward in my everyday life.
