ORIENTATION & INTRODUCTION TO INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Unit 0 I started to familiarize myself with the style of teaching for this course. Watching videos and reading course materials helped me to navigate throughout this unit.
WHATÂ I DID:
Went back to basic writing in a note book.
Converting photos into JPEG format.
Accessed Simpath and navigating through some of its online course activities.
Learned how to communicate and interact with interfaces, and explored Brightspace.
Create a signature file and create rules for emails.
WHATÂ I LEARNED:
How to attach a signature file to an email.
Learned how to use components of a email such as BCC, CC in the correct way when sending an email.
Organized emails into sub-folders, and create rules for emails to go in designated folders.
Learned the correct terminology for the waffle and hamburger icons.
How to set automatic email replies at a specific time and date.
EVIDENCE
Rules was a feature I learned in emails to set parimeters, stay organized and filter emails accordingly.
Hand writing notes is the most effective method in retaining information.
