Will Boone (Assistant Scenic Designer, Deck Crew)

With a name like Boone, you might think he's related to the legendary Daniel Boone, but Will assures us that his adventures are more about creating stage sets than exploring the wild frontier. Will's journey into the world of set design began when he discovered that rearranging his bedroom furniture was much more fun than actually sleeping in it. Since then, he's been wielding his paintbrush and power tools with the precision of a seasoned lumberjack (albeit one with a flair for color coordination). When he's not busy bringing the stage to life, Will enjoys hiking through the great outdoors, where he claims to have spotted Bigfoot more times than he can count. He's also a self-proclaimed expert in campfire cooking, specializing in s'mores that would make even the pickiest scout leader proud.

Maya Busche (Co Sound Designer / Mistress Electrician)

Maya's passion for sound design is only matched by her dedication to the theater community, as evidenced by her role as the union president of the Walnut Actors Association. With an ear for detail and a knack for creating immersive soundscapes, Maya brings a unique perspective to the world of sound design. Whether it's the roar of a guitar riff or the whisper of a breeze, Maya's expertise ensures that every note is heard loud and clear. But Maya's talents extend far beyond the sound booth. As the union president of the Walnut Actors Association, she's a fierce advocate for the rights of actors and technicians alike. From negotiating contracts to organizing protests, Maya is always fighting for what she believes in—and she's not afraid to speak her mind. In her spare time, Maya enjoys mentoring aspiring sound designers and sharing her knowledge with the next generation of theater professionals. She's also a regular at union meetings, where she rallies her fellow members to stand up for their rights and demand fair treatment in the industry.
