Tools and Interactions
The half termly Careers Gazette often has a Unifrog feature!
Please click on the link below to see previous issues of the gazette
Unifrog boasts a range of tools which help students to compare courses, write CV's, research different careers, quizzes and so much more!
Each tool is referenced in students' PSHE lessons, starting in Y7 with the Skills Tool where students start to compile a digital log of when they have demonstrated key employability skills. They can refer to these experiences in letters of applications and personal statements later on in their educational journey.
Students are encouraged to use the Careers Library in Lower School through various challenges that are set, including the annual WGSB 12 Days of Careersmas challenge!
INTERACTIONS
Tools are also referenced through interactions that are set. For example, in Y12 students are set termly interactions to complete a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course). They can use the MOOC Tool to find a course of interest to complete in order to supplement their learning.
We will also set interactions when careers related learning has taken place (e.g. attendance at a Careers Fair or a talk from an external provider). When students have their 1:1 Careers Guidance interviews we attach their action plan and details of the conversation to their profile so it is easily accessible by both students and their tutors.

EFFICIENCY AWARDS!
When we rolled out Unifrog to the whole school, certificates and Freddos were given to those forms who were the first to have all students signed up! Not sure who was more competitive, the tutors or the students!!
