All units must be in good standing to participate in the Reflections Art Competition
A unit in good standing must meet the following requirements:
Officer Information: Current officer information must be updated and on file in Givebacks.
Required Officers: The unit must have, at minimum, a President and Treasurer.
Bylaws: The unit must have current bylaws on file.
Membership: The unit must have a minimum of 25 paid members.
Membership Payments: Membership dues/payments must be submitted on time.
Insurance: The unit must have paid for and maintain current insurance coverage.
990 Filing: The unit must have filed its IRS Form 990 in a timely manner.
Financial Accountability Training: The President and Treasurer must complete Financial Accountability Training, and Certificates of Completion must be on file.
Financial Review: The unit must complete and approve a Financial Review for the previous fiscal year.
PTA Purposes and Basic Policies: The unit must adhere to the Purposes and Basic Policies of PTA.y 2024-2025 - Digital Program
