Freedom in Canada?
As a member of the Pro-Life Movement, I have seen it over and over again. Our Prime Minister does not support Freedom of Speech for those with what he calls " Unacceptable Views " Pro-Lifers have been in that category for a long time.
Last January it was the Freedom Convoy with the "Unacceptable Views" My heart went out to the men and women and families who came to Ottawa to protest the vaccine mandates, and with such grace and courage. They were lied about and demonized by our local media outlets by Mayor Watson but especially by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who stood up in the House of Commons and vilified them. Never mind having the courtesy to meet with them to hear their concerns: instead, he goes into hiding.
This was a real David and Goliath Story. I was so proud of these brave men and women The entire world was!!! It was necessary. It took a group of hardworking Truck Drivers and their families who finally said "Enough is enough"
One had to only question the measures taken by our political leaders and you were derided for daring to express your opinion. They had their "so-called experts of course" If one even dared to question one's concerns re. the vaccine or the efficacy of masking well Lord have mercy on you. Parents were told how to take care of their children, Churches were closed but beer stores and abortion clinics were open as usual. Well, I guess in a country that hates God it isn't surprising. A few Christian Pastors stood their ground and ended up in Jail. Ethical doctors lost their jobs. In many cases, sick and elderly hospitalized patients died alone because their loved ones weren't permitted. I could say so much more but you know the rest.
Oh and the big continuous brainwashing event of 2023 is the unrelenting indoctrination and sexualization of our school children and that includes elementary schools. And if you dare to question any of it well that's "hate speech"
I hope that Canadians with blinders on, will open their eyes soon and see what is in front of them before it's too late
