This virtual event was created by 1LIFE and Northport High School.
1LIFE is the Northport-East Northport Community Drug and Alcohol Task Force's youth coalition. We are a group of Northport High School students who work—among our peers—to promote health and wellness, and to educate young people about alcohol- and drug-related issues.

In 2018, we hosted the first ever Mental Health Awareness Day at Northport High School, which has since expanded into an annual Wellness Week. This is the event's third year! With the coronavirus outbreak and our efforts to socially distance, we believe it's especially important to be good to ourselves now. We hope this event will give you an opportunity to do just that.
