This is your weekly ePortfolio "inspiration" HUB for all Dr. Roberts' Humanities and English students.
Traditionally, students have been asked to keep reflection journals during an ELA class. As a result of the opportunity to be online, we are going to transition from "reflection journals" into ePortfolios.
Each week, I will post something to provoke, hook or inspire you in the Monthly TABS at the top of the page. Every week, you are expected to "reflect" upon the post in your own way. (Some of the ways you could reflect are listed below). It is essential that you share what you think and what you believe in "the way" that you want to share it - the more creative the better.
Throughout this course, you will be expected to add your reflections into your ePortfolio each week.
Go to "Assessment" to learn more about how the ePortfolio connects to your course assignments.
How Does the ePortfolio Work?
Please Make Your Own Google Site (Click on the Digital Sandbox TAB at the top of the page for more information).
Share Your Google Site with your Teacher.
Every week you will be given a "provocation" or hook" to give you something to think about. You will react to the provocation in your ePortfolio in a variety of ways throughout the term. Consider a variety of different ways to share your ideas, you are encouraged to share your ideas in different ways throughout the course.
