summer volunteer policy

You can fulfill your volunteer requirement by either:

1. Head Coach

2. Assistant Coach (please keep in mind the directors choose coaches, there is only one head and assist per team, if you don't know if the concession requirement applies to you please contact the sports director asap).

3. Volunteer in the concession stand: 2 regular season shifts AND 2 Deppe Tournament shifts.

4. $50 Buy out PER CHILD, with a maximum of $100 PER FAMILY. Please keep in mind we will track this per family, if you opt out please make sure you are paying the correct amount.

CONTINUING for 2022:

If you do not buy out and do not complete your requirement you will be invoiced $75 per child with a max of $150 per family at the end of the season.

If this does not get paid you will be locked out of our online registration system until the invoice is paid.

NEW 2022: Coach pitch, AL/NL coaches/families will be required to complete one Deppe Tournament concession shift.
