January 5, 2026- New Late Registration Policy

To all members, parents and Waterloo community,

The WYSO has adopted a new policy regarding late registrations and will be implementing it with our 2026 registrations. Please know that we are trying to make sure we work and function as efficiently as possible to ensure a positive experience. The policy is listed below.

WYSO will open each program for approximately 4-6 weeks. We will advertise through email, Facebook, our website, and through an email from school. After the regular registration period is over, any late registrations will have a $20 late fee for one week. After that time, directors will have discretion in accepting late registrations beyond the deadline on a case by case basis with officer approval only.
