I actually learned a lot in this class, and it’s one of the most informative ones I’ve taken. One significant improvement was becoming more proficient in using email. I learned how to make an email signature and set up folders so my emails sort themselves automatically, which really helps since I get a ton of emails every day.
The Word and Excel simpaths were long, but they taught me the most. In Word, I learned how to add citations with one click and how to format a whole document in APA or MLA. With Excel, I didn’t know much before, but now I understand the basics, like using functions and formulas to calculate data and making charts like pie charts and graphs.
