Journals

In this course, you will maintain a journal that chronicles your progress throughout the course. Your journal should include the hours you've worked, descriptions of progress / setbacks, and any other information you'd like to share! 

Note that your journal will be worth a significant portion of your grade, so make sure to keep it updated.

Insert a link to your journal on this page (we included 2 examples from previous years). Include contact information and relevant background. Additionally, here are the journals from last year's class. To set up your own journal, follow these instructions.

Korey Sam, korey_sam@brown.edu, worked on visualization last semester for Professor Laidlaw and saw the projects from last year so interested in just pursuing what comes to me in the VR/AR form. 

Mengistie Hailemariam, mengistie_hailemariam@brown.edu, have worked on data analysis in evaluating networks. Interested in working on understanding the differences between VR/AR systems vs. lap/desktops as well as VR/AR systems vs. real life.

Mariia Sidorova, mariia_sidorova@brown.edu, curious about  computational photography driven visualizations but would like to broaden my field interests interested in exploring different applications of VR/AR.
