The early engines featured a 7 tooth crank reluctor wheel and a 6 tooth cam reluctor wheel. The are pictured below.

The later trigger pattern is identical to the 58x/4x LS setup. The Missing tooth occurs at 80 degrees before top dead center. Should work as is.
